If we don’t let go of the things we no longer need, we will never receive the things we desire.
There were certain points in my life where I felt like I hit an invisible ceiling – a ceiling that prohibited me from growing past my old self and achieving the things I truly desired. I realized I was just holding too much onto the past – my preconceived notions about success, personal tragedies and traumatic memories that served no other purpose besides holding me back.
Then, it hit me.
Every single second we spend reminiscing about the past is a second stolen from our future.
Letting go of the past is hard – but holding on is even harder. The only way is forward.
Now, I know what you may be thinking…
“Peter, it’s easier said than done!”
And you are indeed correct. It’s not always so easy.
We may even objectively know that there’s no use in holding onto the past and yet we just cannot help ourselves.
But it doesn’t have to be that way…
In my program, the Source Hacker System, I teach my students a simple technique called “memory flipping” – a technique that teaches you how to heal past trauma, release internal blockages and flip your negative memories into something positive by rewiring your brain.
Many of my students have found this technique life changing. You can find some of their testimonials here.
If you’d like to learn more about the concept of memory flipping, give the Source Hacker System a try – you have nothing to lose. 🙂
